Terms of use, in plain words.

PadiSpace (“Esoro”) provides tools for organisations to run events, ticket sales, elections and community activity. By using PadiSpace you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may act for it.

Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity in your account and for what your workspace members do.

If you create an event or election you are responsible for its content, prices, rules, eligibility and results, and for delivering what you sell. You must have the right to use anything you upload and must follow the law, including consumer and electoral rules that apply to you. PadiSpace is a platform and is not the seller of your tickets or the organiser of your election.

Provide a valid email address, vote or register only once where the organiser limits it, and do not try to manipulate votes, bypass limits or buy more than the rules allow. We may reject, void or refund activity that looks fraudulent or breaks an organiser’s rules.

Payments are made in Naira through Paystack, our payment processor. Paid tickets and paid votes add a processing fee on top of the price: 1.5% of the amount, plus ₦200 when the amount is more than ₦2,000. The total, fee included, is shown before you pay. By paying you authorise that charge. Card and bank details go to the processor and are not stored by PadiSpace.

The price of a ticket or vote is credited to the organiser’s wallet, net of the processor’s charges. For paid elections, vote revenue is held until voting ends, after which PadiSpace keeps a platform share of 10% and releases the rest. Payouts go to the bank account the organiser has verified. We may delay or withhold a payout while we review suspected fraud, a dispute or a legal request.

Payments that cannot be counted, for example because the candidate was removed, voting had ended or the amount received was short, are refunded in full, including the processing fee. A counted vote cannot be undone. Ticket refunds are set by the organiser. See Fees and refunds for the full detail.

If a payment is reversed by a bank or card network, we may deduct the amount and any related fees from the organiser’s wallet, or recover it another way. Contact us before opening a dispute so we can try to resolve the problem quickly.

Organisers are responsible for any taxes that apply to their sales and income. Fees shown do not include taxes unless stated.

Do not use PadiSpace for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, to send spam, to collect data without consent, or to interfere with the service or its security. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms.

PadiSpace’s name, visual identity and software may not be reused without permission. You keep ownership of what you upload and give us permission to host and display it to run the service.

We work to keep PadiSpace available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
